Fall continues to be a magical season for Hudson Valley weddings. We are so excited to share the union of Hudson Valley couple Lindsay and Michael. We had the fortune of photographing their engagement session this summer at Lindsay's family horse farm - the location of countless dates between these two. Lindsay and Michael are such a fun-loving couple, and they like to keep it fun.
Our wedding story began at the Parent's house with photos of the bride-to-be surrounded by her family and bridesmaids. Meanwhile the groom, wearing his US Marine dress blues, was patiently waiting at the church.
The ceremony took place at a lovely church on historic Huguenot Street in New Paltz. This area of New Paltz includes several homes constructed from local stone and are surrounded by gardens, barns, and fences. One of the many treasures of the Hudson Valley which is rich in history and majestic surroundings.
Huguenot street was also a perfect place for romantic shots of the newlyweds. After some fun in New Paltz, we headed to the Fountains at the Wallkill Golf Club which sits on 200 acres of the most picturesque views in the Hudson Valley. The celebration continued well into the evening to the delight of Lindsay, Michael and their guests.
Our associate Bill Shaw, along with his assistant, did a great job capturing the day.
