Beautiful Wedding Ceremony at Hudson Valley Chapel

Theresa and Mike chose a gorgeous autumn day for their wedding, and the Hudson Valley location give them many beautiful locations to choose from. For the ceremony, they chose Our Lady of Rosary Chapel, and for the reception they chose the Diamonds Mills Hotel and Tavern in Saugerties, NY.

Surrounded by family and her bridal party, Theresa opted for getting ready at her family home. She arrived at the chapel where the groom was anxiously waiting inside. The Our Lady of Rosary Chapel, beside being a picturesque setting, is also a perfect place for those who desire a complete wedding experience. Father Garisto who leads the chapel, is very welcoming and very thorough as he celebrates the nuptials by honoring the bride and groom in a personalized way. The chapel staff is attentive and helpful, making sure that no detail is overlooked. After the ceremony, we took advantage of the beautiful outdoor scenery with several family shots.

Once the ceremony concluded, it was on to the reception venue at The Diamond Mills. The Diamond Mills is one of the newest Hudson Valley wedding venues. It is an elegant boutique hotel and tavern located in the historic Village of Saugerties, New York and overlooking the Esopus Falls. The venue offers a wonderful setting for wedding photos. When we arrived, the main reception hall was beautifully decorated with lovely florals by Hyde Park Florist and the cocktail hour what just starting. We made great use of the very tasteful and well-appointed indoor decor and the picturesque outdoors. No newlyweds would miss the chance of taking romantic photos at the bottom of the Esopus Falls which seem so close that you can touch the water. We continued taking pictures throughout the night in a photojournalistic fashion, capturing the fun and beauty of the celebration.
